Looks like 6 flights in your table (?) I would be happy with any of those airlines.
HND is more convenient for most visitors.
First preference - Option 1 (or 6 if you prefer) - good departure and arrival times. HND is likely more convenient.
Second preference - Option 5
Next would be the flights to NRT
Last - Option 2 - not my prefered time to arrive in Tokyo
