I would be a bit cautious about this advice. Although the OP will have no trouble getting to the gate, the gate agent at YQB may call their name and ask to see their passport, as this is an international itinerary despite the fact that the YQB->YYZ leg is domestic. If the OP isn't there by the original deadline--do not assume the deadline will be extended because the OP thinks the flight will be delayed--the reservation may be cancelled.

If the flight is scheduled to leave at 1:45pm, plan to be at the gate at 1:15pm--at the absolute latest 1:30pm--even if it looks like a delay might be in the cards.
