Both DAMNs (BA558/9 AND BA776/7) should be taken to CEDR as they relate to G-TTNE being out of action since its Airbridge strike and G-NEOU which has a lightning strike. BA558/9 had G-EUUT assigned which was de-allocated and has been operating today. BA776/7 had G-MIDT assigned with the same story. G-TTNE has been AOG singe 01 July so using DAMN is a bit rich IMHO and lightning strikes at home base especially fails to meet EC criteria. In addition G-TTNG/TNR/EUOG/UPN and G-DBCA have been tech/aog today.
As expected BA paid for my hotel and parking but not the EU261 claim. I've gone back to them with evidence asking for them to reconsider. Failing that I'll take them to CEDR, thanks again.
