I recently did an award stay here; booked a twin room and after some initial confusion over whether I required two beds, I was upgraded to a Heritage Junior Suite, Urban View

Echoing the discussion above, the location is excellent -- short walk to either train station, the subway, the hop-on-hop-off bus if that's your thing. My room also faced George St., so there was some street noise but the curtains are really heavy and helped damp some of it out.

The question of air conditioning in Heritage rooms is an interesting one -- I found something on the wall that certainly looks like a thermostat (see pictures below), but while I could press the button and change the numbers, I can't say I noticed any obvious effect (so if there is one, it's really subtle...), and the presence of a Dyson fan tends to suggest no A/C as well? It never got too warm for me though, so I didn't feel the need, but someone should probably just ask while on-property
