Can you please provide an example? There isn't a lot to go on here. What dates, carrier, and routing? Since multi-partner awards in MP haven't been implemented yet, your notation that the award is available in MP indicates a single partner itinerary.

Is the reference to a connection enroute or beyond DFW? Where is the award "spiking" to 130K AS miles?

I am seeing a few AY awards for 85K.

Did you happen to notice that when FJ was accepted as a full oneworld member, NAN-DFW was introduced, and notice that FJ would be adopting AAdvantage as their loyalty Frequent Flyer program that FJ awards "doubled?" Once 40K AA for J, YVR/SFO/LAX-NAN or beyond to AU/NZ, it is now 80K AA, 40K for Main. AS is 75K in J, 37.5K in Main. If you would like to stopover enroute to AU/NZ, no problem, 80K AA to NAN & 30K NAN onward will do the trick.
