I've just made two purchases (two different retailers) on the same computer I have used for several other purchases, both items showed 'your visit has been tracked' which I took a screenshot of as I usually do. Neither purchase has been tracked and when I come to register it as missing avios, it's now not showing in the drop down box of my visited retailers so I can't log it with BA contact centre. I take it this means I have no where to go with this? I'm annoyed as this was over 1,000 avios in total, probably small amount compared to some people but I'm trying to build up for a BC flight.
