But uh yeah that's not a great look. I've encountered many rude agents, but I don't think I've ever heard one swear, and certainly not at a passenger.
In the author’s defence the terms in the credit card are somewhat poorly written and open up some weird ambiguity. I assume that the reference to international itinerary is to add clarity that you can’t go to something like the YYZ INTL MLL if you are flying within Canada, but it needlessly introduces the piece about being on an international itinerary, which is not in the terms of the MLL itself on the AC website (which are written much more clearly).
In any case it seems like the agent in this clip was out to lunch as it sounds like she was denying him because he’s on a a *A flight that isn’t AC. Crazy…
