Just stayed here earlier this month and it was another great stay. It was our 3rd time in here since 2017. Our first visit to Tokyo we did a couple nights here and a couple at the PH. Love the location, its a little quiet at night but now, especially with the underground connection to the Ginza line it was easy to get everywhere. We took taxis some of the time as well.

Both of the first 2 trips were a few nights as the beginning of the trip and then 1-2 nights at the end, so it was technically 4 stays, first 3 stays were upgraded to different view rooms, 4th stay we paid for an upgrade to a deluxe room (large room at the time) and it was a great corner room. This last trip I emailed in advance to see if we could pay to upgrade to a deluxe room and they advised they don't do paid upgrades anymore. That being said I saw on the app that we were upgraded to a Deluxe Tower View room on the day before checkin which was a nice unexpected surprise. We enjoy the breakfast here, even more so than the PH Kyoto, and of course the views are amazing. Would not hesitate to return to the Andaz although would likely try out the PH again after the renovation is done as we did not love the dated feel of it on our first trip to Tokyo.
