DFW-CDG in J

Tried out the barramundi and would order it again. Ranks above the salmon, but below the sea bass.

Crew was friendly / attentive throughout the flight and had meal service done about an hour’ish after take off. The pursuer welcomed me onboard and thanked me for being a CK etc. (nice touch). Lights were kept low during the flight, which was appreciated.


Menu. We’ve all seen the wine list so no need to re-post.


App was fine. There have been better ones. It was basically cold buffalo chicken with slaw.


Barramundi. Kept the sauce on the side, but I think the grapefruit cuts down on the fish taste.


Standard breakfast. They were serving until ~50 minutes out. I typically don’t go for it as flying from the East coast means sleep is substantially cut down.
