Upcoming YYZ/SSS lounge visit for an evening departure. This thread has numerous references to overcrowding and queues, particularly in the evening. Keeping in mind the 3 hr rule, I can be a bit flexible about my time. In regular circumstances (not IROPS) what time does this lounge typically require an entry wait?
