Is it really on your passport? It may be at the top of the data page where you normally look, but take a look at the machine-readable section at the bottom. That's the section that the airline will scan and compare with the name on the reservation. I think you'll find that there's no apostrophe there, even if it appears in the "human-readable" section at the top.
