In one infamous instance, I literally printed the full Bonvoy terms and conditions, highlighted relevant sections, put little post-it bookmarks in, and gave this to the club manager of a rather newly opened hotel, as he was clearly not aware of the rules. It did help, I got my 4pm late check out. And other people seem to have gotten it without a fuss later.

Yours is a great example of how to do it. Thanks for improving the guest experience!
