Another here waiting over a month for a reply to the question of points expiry, in my case 6850 were wiped out post covid ( my fault missed the deadline). I then had an issue with no car at the hotel I had booked (due to mobility issues) as hertz had stopped using the hotel as a pick up point. Long story short the agent that dealt with the issue reinstated 6000 points as a goodwill gesture/ service recovery this was in in May 2022. Any thoughts on if this will be the date that starts the 5 year rule for the 6000. Thanks.
