Yes, and seems to be getting worse rather than better. It's a new system which has a number of advantages - we can now see what incidents are listed on our BAEC account - but somehow it is taking a lot longer to get some complaints. On the other hand there are plenty of cases in this forum of FTers getting their EC261 compensation and reimbursement paid within days, well under a week, so some aspects of this are working, but there is a clear prioritisation by status going on here.
Note that if you think BA has treated you unfairly (e.g. not answering a valid complaint) then after 8 weeks you can go to CEDR and I would encourage that.
