I will be close to hitting 1K by the end of the year. I have flight from LHR to DEN soon with waitlisted upgrades that were money and miles. I also have a TATL trip in December with upgrades waitlisted both ways.

Does the money count toward PQP if I am upgraded ? Another tiny complication is that the upgrade fees were paid with a Quest CC. Thinking if I don't get the upgrades, the money doesn't count and the refund will reduce the Quest CC spend ?
