Can the OP maybe be edited with regard to CBP opening times? The official website now claims "Please note that US CBP is operational between the hours of 04:30 and 23:30" and this seems to be confirmed by the fact that e.g. AC560 at 21:15 is scheduled to depart from E78 today, which wouldn't be possible if CBP were closed at that time.
