There is no outright breakfast benefit at MMS; many properties throw it into their rate inclusions, others offer it at an upcharge, and others offer bed & breakfast rate packages, so look for info about this from the properties you're eyeing. As for availability, I think there might be caps for how far out you can book given the independent nature of the properties and how they can opt out of Hyatt participation at the drop of a hat. Keep in mind that there are also still IT issues whereby properties don't show availability or give error messages about rates being unavailable, but refreshing the page or restarting your search will suddenly allow the properties to be bookable.

Hyatt really missed the boat on this integration, from smooth IT operations to tangible benefits to make it extra worthwhile... but hey, they seem happy with the fact that many loyalty members are engaging with it, so they're clearly content with their decisions so far.
