Conditions may vary and/or it may depend whom you ask, but for what it's worth 2 years ago I was directed to a place ~2 blocks _west_ of the hotel, Fast Cambio at 1562 Posadas. Which if nothing else has the advantage of being more or less across the street from El Sanjuanino
