I think this property has taken a downturn since my last stay in March. Got an upgrade on 1 of my two stays in September, even though the Jr Suite was available for sale (didn’t press at check in). No mobile check in completed even though requested (and in one case, sent a request through the app to please process). Towels had major stains. No more Starbucks gift cards for breakfast. Water goes everywhere since the shower is “open” (as seen in picture above). Mold/mildew starting to build up in the shower. Unlikely to stay again.
