You're missing my point in the question. I'm saying are they "tricking" Hyatt in the sense that Hyatt is giving them a higher reimbursement without any cost to the property, versus is Hyatt "tricking" the property by not offering any higher reimbursement since there is no lounge. Use of the term tricking is simply semantics, the point was to wonder whether there is a higher reimbursement or not, which determines whether the property is a patsy or not.
You're right though that there is no win for the customer.
