ok, I am in the signature lounge right now and this is probably the worst "first class" lounge I have been in...now granted it is completely jammed so maybe not a fair representation but folks had to wait 15 mins to get in and then you have to be seated, there is no where to go and just "lounge". Folks are in these cramped tables and you can do buffet or table service...I asked about the wait and they just said it was a capacity issue...how do they not factor this into which should be their home lounge and should be an exceptional experience. I give this a 2 out of 10 and the only reason they get a 2 is that the people working here have been quite nice. what a joke for a signature Air Canada home airport "first class" lounge. The BA lounge in T3 here is way more comfortable and a much better experience and of course BA, at their home airport ensure it is overt the top - Air Canada can take lessons from them in hospitality - Oh (air) Canada.
