So, for future reference, if anyone ever has the same problem and utilizes the search function and finds this thread... In the email from ANZ with my itinerary there is a bar across the top with hyperlinks, and one is "Manage Booking." If I click that it takes me to my itinerary. Voila. Mystery solved. Yay!
