Mail never came through, Amex not charged and XP not received .

Return flight: same offer, so wanted to buy again. I used another CC, but the payment could not be realised and the site gave an error. No possibility to try again.

KL and IT: disaster
You could try the miles option next time, I often do that when the flight price already covers the miles anyway.
