At OLCI I could buy SAF for 105 PLN = 24 EUR which would give me 6 XP !!

Very good deal, so I took it. Payment processed normally, confirmed the purchase at the Amex site. At the end of the process I could enter my mail address to get a receipt.
Mail never came through, Amex not charged and XP not received .

Return flight: same offer, so wanted to buy again. I used another CC, but the payment could not be realised and the site gave an error. No possibility to try again.

KL and IT: disaster
