Only gotcha is, this is a group family travel with about 8 cabins, so coordination will be needed. Anyone have experience with this agency? Please feel free to move it, if this is not the appropriate forum.
I have booked through them twice. Each time, post cruise, I received the miles I expected. I really liked the agent that booked each of the cruises. They were very thorough. My prior bookings had been direct with the cruise line or with a 3rd party like Expedia. This agent got me a little better deal than I could find on Expedia. I needed two rooms close to each other and the elevators as my parents traveled with me and they cannot use the stairs. Each time, the agent took the time to understand everything I was looking for and ensured I would receive it. We also got some extra things like food and beverage credit that was not being offered by Expedia at the time.

So, no 1k benefits but I was pleasantly surprised by the experience.
