Not sure if something changed recently but I just finished onboarding my company with the "new" PassPlus. Did a $100k UATP funding which was the minimum corporate spend to get a GS nomination, funded it tuesday and had the account active and booking flights by thursday. So far so good, I've been able to us the tour code and UATP account both on the phone, with the group desk and online without issue. The rep was responsive to my emails, got on two calls to sell me and it sounds like my experience was very different than others. Not sure if I got lucky or if something has changed with how they're handling this program. Seemed like a great deal because 1) we spend the money on UA anyways 2) now we get a discount 3) we get "corporate preferred" for our fliers which allegedly is a tiebreaker for upgrades, standby, etc.
