Thanks for the replies. Just went through the booking process again for two people and then for one person. Price per person is identical in each scenario. However, if I drill down into the detail of the MIA - BON leg (which I probably failed to do when I made the initial booking), the booking for one person gets Business class, whereas the booking for two people they are both in economy class (even though the "heading" for the leg says it's business class).
The heading may say Business, but there's a note that the cabin may not be available for all segments.
Whenever you see this, you must click into the Details to see what's being offered.
The Details link will show the actual cabin you'll book into for each flight. Like this example, where you'll be in Business for the rest of the segments, but in Economy from MIA-BON.
