The Silver Star currently runs with three Viewliner coaches and two Amfleet sleepers (source), and the Cap Limited runs with three coaches and two sleepers (source) -- but on higher-capacity Superliner cars, of course. So this seems like a cut to overall capacity on the Cap Limited route relative to today's equipment, though an upgrade compared to the bare-bones single coach and single sleeper run at times last year due to an equipment shortage.
