I had my first disruption on BA were the inbound to LHR was delayed several hours and I missed my connection to Toronto. BA automatically rebooked my connection for the next day. I showed up at the Club World counter for hotel voucher and they said: it will take several hours before we can give out hotel voucher. What kind of arrangement is that? I went and booked the hotel myself and will reclaim it. But what if I didn't have that kind of money? This is not acceptable. They should have hotel vouchers ready at all time. Very poor service compare to other airlines.
