We are flying business class MXP-JFK on EK0205. I was reading that the Emirates lounge at MXP is accessible for Business class but "the cheapest business class fares may not include lounge access". I can't find my fare class on my ticket but was hopeful we can use the lounge at MXP. We do not have any Emirates status.

Also do you board your flight directly from the lounge?

Also are there any timed restrictions for entering the lounge like in the US where entrance is only permitted 3 hours in advance?
