Every time I have transferred points from Amex they have gone through pretty much immediately, certainly the same day and the last time it was within an hour or two of requesting.
We are flying MXP-JFK on business and would love to upgrade to first at check in with Amex miles. Do I understand this correctly that it could take an hour or two for the miles to show up? I do not want to speculatively transfer Amex miles as
LBBflyer says above I have no need to fly EK after this trip. How many miles is it usually? There are 2 of us and we have no status. I paid for our flights with miles transferred from Amex. What would be the best approach?
