Thanks for replies so far. Ticket purchased online with LH on their website. All in business class. No star alliance status. Original routing was:
DUB-FRA-YVR-YHZ-YYZ-FRA-DUB

The YVR-YHZ segment was cancelled a few weeks out and the replacement that was accepted was YVR-YOW-YHZ (accepted via telephone call to LH as the emailed option had a very tight connection in another intermediate airport).
