I recently purchased a 29" Platinum Elite Soft from Amazon. After 1 trip - 2 weeks, several airlines - 1 of the wheel tires is shredded and one of the zipper pulls is gone making it difficult to open.

Filed a claim and they quicky responded offering to replace the case - but want me to pay a $20 fee. I'm in Canada, so not sure if that matters. Anyone else see that before?
