I booked using an OTA (not with Saudia ) and still got offered the cheap transit visa and hotel and transport offer, you'll need to add your details on the manage booking section of Saudia website (phone app doesn't have the link to the transit visa) and make sure your phone and email is on the booking, and book the hotel via the Saudia website link (but not on the phone app)

Can i check how do you get that offer for cheap visa and hotel and transport? I booked thru OTA as well as it was 3 months before the flight.My email and phone is in the booking.
