Adding Frequent Flyer Numbers to QR bookings
Made a booking on QR website…fares were changing rapidly so ignored putting in my BA Exec Club Number.

After booking tried to add number on website - could not see option. Then looked at adding via Malaysia Airlines and RJ, but they cant pull up booking.

Called QR customer service - and they said due to a change in systems…they cant add it, and that I would need to add at check-in.

Keen to add it, as I want to book my seat, and without my BA card, its charging me money.

Searched the forum - could not find others having this issue….any thoughts / ideas?
