I'd concur with this; the OP's status year is, in effect, 'normal'. It should run to the same timescale as it has for years - with status expiring at the end of Oct of the following year - so Oct '25.
As above, to get the extension to the end of Apr '26 it
should require hitting the 1,500 TP threshold by the end of March '25, but with the those earned during the transition period added in, too.
But I do also suspect IT gremlins; maybe in a few days/weeks it'll sort itself out.
