I am aware that we can only expect so many enhancements in the program, so I see the opportunity cost in the implementation of something that won't be that useful to many (most?) flyers.

Don't think my message is 100% negative either, I do think the change is great for Ulti members

As for publicly dismissing spontaneous feedback as a "funny mischaracterisation of an objective truth"... I'm sure this is just light-hearted sarcasm, but let's just say I wish my industry could behave like this and stay in business. Different worlds, I guess.
