I'll note/add that at least IME, these differential E+ fares that book into B are only available on nonstop flights. When trying to book a connecting itinerary with requested fare class B, I get the "full" or "proper" B fare. It's possible that these fares are filed for connecting itineraries, but if so, I have not been able to find and book them.
