You get a decent chunk of EPs,
You're linking to the Iberia Plus Oro elite status page. I don't think that applies to everybody - certainly the upgrading to I class as well as U sounds more like an elite benefit to me.

But as always with Iberia Plus, the website says different things in different places and you never really know until you call and try. Maybe the MCI data point is good for everybody.
