This is an Amex credit so if it doesn't post automatically you have to contact Amex to fix it, nothing to do with Hilton or the hotel specifically.
But unfortunately if it doesn't post automatically you have to wait the 8 or 10 weeks or whatever the official language says in the T&C's before an Amex rep will manually post it.
FWIW my 2H resort charge posted just fine last week from the Conrad Sardinia, charge on 9/11 then $200 credit on 9/16.
