A simple question - if GS (or other elites) books BE ticket for him/herself or himself/herself and a companion (who is not an elite) on the same PNR, will he/she subject of the same BE rules or certain restrictions will not apply due to status? If latter, which one?

The pax would still get GS pre-boarding privileges, which means a full-sized carry on on all routes, and the usual GS/1K baggage allowance for each passenger. All other restrictions remain, including inability to select seats or to upgrade, with or without instruments.
