I like and agree with your post and appreciate your experience with these things but would disagree a bit on this. Better/newer/cleaner chairs elevate a guest's experience which leads to the guest spending more money with AS and that builds the bottom line. If not, they'd just set up lounges with masonry blocks for us to sit on.
