If HND-JFK is on JL then that changes everything. It will be a partner award before and after the change, so it should be possible to drop KIX-HND without affecting your existing HND-JFK.

Of course many agents will mistakenly insist that no changes are allowed even on partner awards, so you may have to HUCA several times. And it's also possible that if your original KIX-HND-JFK was only available as married segments that they won't be able to drop just KIX-HND.
