I've just had my first flights on this equipment these past days and something interesting to note. Upon arrival in AMS, they said they have to begin to off-load luggage before the doors can be opened due to weight and the possibility of throwing everything off balance and having the tail drop as the plane is longer. This news was far from welcomed by all the transiting passengers as we were already ~40 late due to loading issues in BER. The captain confirmed this and said as it's a new plane they're getting used to this new requirement. What's interesting is this didn't happen on the outbound to BER...so maybe they've changed the procedure over a couple of days?

If this is a thing moving forward, it could be a reason to avoid this type if you have a really tight connection.
