The only options near to the hotel are the restaurants at the Palisades Tahoe "village", which are fairly overpriced.
Other than that, you need to drive to either Truckee or Tahoe City. The only other exception I can think of is River Ranch, which is at the entrance to Alpine Meadows, but I have never been there myself.
