Refund to Payer or Individual Family Members?
...but not sure what words to use for search.

If I buy tickets for our family to take a trip, and they all have AS numbers, and either the price goes down or heaven forbid we have to cancel outright...who gets the money back...is it to each individual's wallet, or would ALL the money go back to my wallet since I paid for the tickets?
