Yes, I have been to C and D many many times. Yes, they can be better, but when I am connecting through N I will just stay here.
The leadership are those that build the budget for operations. That is at the executive level when planning future expenditures. Trust me, I have been there for many years in those deliberations with a different company. Cost/Benefits analysis is their starting point. Replacing worn out furniture and having adequate staff to keep the place clean (manpower costs) are included in the equation. Do better chairs build the bottom line? NO. In the new AS "cucci" culture the answer on the stools is "NO" (no benefit) so the stools will continue to deteriorate. When one collapses and someone gets hurt, that will get the attention of the "cucci" crew.
