Breakfast at DFW B yesterday (Saturday the 21st) still had the Mediterranean egg wrap as the main entree (has been in DFW for a short time, and I think some other places for a bit longer). However, the meat protein had changed to something else. That was not labeled. (At all).

I think it was either: 1) hot links (but the casing looked wrong for hot links, 2) spicy smoked sausage (but it was a bit hotter and a more of an orange hue to it than I would expect for that, or 3) Portuguese sausage (right color but we are a long way from Hawaii. Or Portugal).

But it was warm and different, and as noted not labeled (meaning I suppose it could have been a one-off substitute for an out-of-stock item). I'm home all week but will be interesting to see what you are offered.
