When US acquired AA, the Barclays US card became the AA Aviator, Citi continued offering AA cards; based on this precedent, it is reasonable to expect all current card options to continue - particularly in light of ALK's intent to continue operating both brands. Barclays offers no fee and Plus $99 AF Jet Blue cards, they may now consider doing the same for HA.
Ditto for the Marriott acquisition of SPG - both Amex and Chase continue to offer cards to this day, though Amex seems to have the better offerings.
