IMHO, BofA greatly devalued the AS cards when they imposed a minimum annual spend for the companion pass. On the flip side, offering 4k EQM for combined $10k annual spend (up to 20k EQM) helps some earn status without BIS - and some believe this has grown the number of upper tier elites, making upgrades more challenging. BofA also offers some relatively generous 0% balance transfer options.

When US acquired AA, the Barclays US card became the AA Aviator, Citi continued offering AA cards; based on this precedent, it is reasonable to expect all current card options to continue - particularly in light of ALK's intent to continue operating both brands. Barclays offers no fee and Plus $99 AF Jet Blue cards, they may now consider doing the same for HA.
